Advocacy-Focused Community Services Coordinator

The Coordinating Center is seeking a Coordinator of Community Services to provide targeted case management for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in Maryland. Responsibilities include advocating for clients, developing person-centered plans, and coordinating access to medical and community services. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a human service focus and experience in service coordination. The position offers an hourly rate of $27.40-$28.36 and a comprehensive benefits package.
