Position Overview
Work Location: In person.
Schedule: Thursday - Saturday.
Shift: 10pm - 6am.
Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour.
Job Duties
Support the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through positive communication and leadership.
Administer medications to residents per physician orders and document accordingly.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies regarding medication administration.
Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications and report changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and nutrition.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
Assist in the coordination of medical appointments and transportation as needed.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents to enhance their well‑being.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certifications and enhance skills.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents' rights at all times.
Must pass an FBI and DOJ background check.
Qualifications
Background check clearance by FBI and DOJ.
Valid certification or training required for medication administration.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work a full 8‑hour shift during evening hours.
