Job Description

K Con is looking for experienced operators who have knowledge in running heavy equipment for our residential and commercial projects located within the greater Seattle area, King and Snohomish County. This position requires safe, skilled and productive operators who take direction to manage day‑to‑day site needs and prioritize site and equipment safety.
Qualifications
3–5 years' experience in operating heavy equipment.
Knowledgeable in running multiple pieces of equipment such as Excavators (50–350 series), Backhoes, Loaders, and Dozers.
Able to successfully execute cutting house holes and/or mainline digging with clear direction from management.
Assist in training and providing direction to other field employees on the job to keep the project on track.
Able to work and clearly communicate with other employees on the job site.
Willing to get out of the machine if the crew needs help.
Must be able to plan and oversee work, knowing what you need and when you need it.
Ability to foresee and overcome problems.
Exhibits integrity & ethical behavior in all facets of duties.
Being safety conscious and making it a crew priority.
Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
Candidates who do not fulfill the requirements for necessary experience will not be considered.
