One of the most recognized data centre builders in North America is seeking an experienced
Senior Schedulers
to support the delivery of complex, large-scale projects across the United States.
This is a
full-time, site-based role
with flexibility across key project locations including
Colodaro, Iowa, Nebraska, and Texas , depending on assignment needs.
Role Overview
The Senior Scheduler will play a critical role in leading all project planning and scheduling activities across multiple sites. You will ensure robust project controls, strong sequencing discipline, and alignment with overall delivery programmes.
This role also has a strong leadership focus, supporting scheduling teams, working closely with field leadership, and driving consistency in planning standards across all projects.
You will also contribute to improving site logistics, construction efficiency, and overall workforce performance, while helping to develop a strong delivery culture across project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning and scheduling activities
Implement and maintain scheduling standards and project controls
Supervise and support scheduling and planning teams
Coach and mentor field leadership (forepersons and assistant superintendents)
Drive construction sequencing and operational efficiency
Support client, architect, and subcontractor relationships
Promote strong safety culture and site compliance
Support hiring, performance management, and team development
Requirements
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
4+ years of construction experience
Strong understanding of scheduling principles and construction sequencing
Experience with scheduling software (e.g., P6) and 4D planning preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Willingness to travel as required
