
Senior Director, Case Installations

The Case Installations team oversees end-to-end implementation for new and renewing employer groups, ensuring seamless onboarding and compliance across fully insured, ASO, and Group Medicare products. The Senior Director, Case Installations, reports to the VP, Commercial Growth and Strategy, will lead a high-performing organization responsible for strategic design, operational execution, and continuous improvement of group installation processes. This role is critical to delivering a best-in-class client experience and meeting aggressive timelines during peak periods.

Your Knowledge and Experience
Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, including 6 years of management experience
Requires expertise in large-scale group installations across multiple health insurance product types (ASO, Shared Advantage, Fully Insured, Medicare, Dental & Vision), systems integration, and process automation
Requires experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce is essential, along with a proven track record of designing and executing complex onboarding workflows
Strong knowledge of compliance, influence and cross-functional coordination is critical
Expertise in process optimization, change management, and stakeholder engagement, along with a proven track record of designing and executing complex onboarding workflows
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
Adept at influencing and driving change across matrixed-teams in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
