In this role, you won't just be moving pallets—you’ll be a vital part of a fast‑paced team that ensures our customers get exactly what they need, right when they need it.

What You’ll Do

Master the Floor: Safely operate heavy‑duty forklifts (stand‑up/sit‑down) to transport, stack, and stage freight across our busy warehouse.

Accuracy Matters: Utilize your attention to detail to verify inventory, scan labels, and ensure that every item is tracked correctly from dock to rack.

Safety First: Conduct rigorous daily equipment inspections and serve as a champion for our "safety‑first" culture by maintaining a clean, hazard‑free workspace.

Salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School

Responsibilities
We are looking for a reliable, safety‑conscious, and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled forklift and reach truck operator who takes pride in maintaining an organized, high‑functioning warehouse.

Position Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment, including sit‑down forklifts and reach trucks. Your primary duties will include order picking, loading/unloading shipments, staging inventory, and maintaining accurate stock records to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Safely operate stand‑up / sit‑down forklifts and reach trucks in a fast‑paced environment to move, load, unload, and store materials.

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to packing slips and inventory requirements.

Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts, replenishment of picking locations, and identifying inventory discrepancies.

Safety & Compliance: Conduct daily pre‑shift equipment inspections, report any mechanical issues, and adhere strictly to all OSHA and company safety protocols.

Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to maintain a safe working environment.

Communication: Collaborate with warehouse leads and inventory control staff to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.

The essential functions of this role include

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non‑temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50 lbs

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
