As a Retail Fixture / Installation Crewmember with American Greetings, you will be a vital part of our company's purpose – to make the world a more thoughtful and caring place. We are looking for motivated and energetic crew members to assemble, construct, and tear down greeting card fixtures in retail locations.
Compensation & Benefits
The starting pay is $17.60 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment.
After 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to $18.60.
After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate will increase to $19.50.
Paid travel time to the job site when traveling in a company vehicle.
Hotel and a per diem are paid for overnight travel.
Full training: all necessary tools are provided.
401(k) with company match.
Requirements
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Location
Based in Elkhorn, WI.
Hours
The weekly average hours are 15 hours per week, with the possibility to increase to an average of 30 hours per week around holidays.
Primary Responsibilities
Construct greeting card shelves, racks, and displays.
Connect effectively with team members and store associates.
Follow instructions along with planograms/diagrams.
Assist the Installation Supervisor in gathering and moving materials necessary to complete the display reset.
