
ABH Coordinator (LCSW/LPC) - Full Time - Monday-Friday - 8AM-4PM, Atlantic Healt

Job Description
The Coordinator is responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision of direct line team and outpatient behavioral health programming.
Supervise and support direct care team, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Assistant Manager and Manager.
Oversee daily operations of outpatient behavioral health outpatient, intensive outpatient and acute partial hospitalization for both adult and adolescent patients ensuring services run efficiently and meet quality and compliance standards.
Monitor team productivity and billing practices to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with payer requirements.
Ensure patient records are maintained in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting body standards.
Provide leadership in developing and refining programming to meet the needs of the patient population.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated care and positive patient outcomes.
Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and other departmental reviews as needed.
Assist with budget planning and monitoring; identify resource needs and recommend cost‑effective strategies.
Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, Psychology or Counseling.
LCSW or LPC license required.
Minimum 1 year experience with outpatient behavioral health population required.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Competencies
Demonstrate considerable expertise in the areas of mental health, co‑occurring and substance misuse.
Can effectively lead, mentor and support clinical team members in a way that is collaborative and inclusive.
Facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration between therapists, mental health assistants and psychiatric providers.
Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to manage difficult conversations, resolve conflicts and advocate for team members and patients.
