Requirements
Class B CDL with tanker endorsement
– essential for operating our specialized vehicles. If you don’t have the endorsement, we will support you in obtaining it.
Experience
– previous experience with vacuum trucks and storm/sewer lines is required.
Manual transmission skills
– the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
Physical fitness
– ability to lift and carry up to 70+ pounds frequently.
Team player
– a reliable, driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Commitment
– willingness to work long hours and travel when necessary.
Age requirement
– must be at least 18 years old.
Transportation
– reliable personal transportation is required.
Daily Responsibilities
Driving and operation
– approx. 20 % of your time will be spent driving; the remaining 80 % focuses on operating the VAC truck and assisting with storm and sewer line maintenance.
Hands‑on tasks
– lift manhole lids and, if necessary, climb into manholes to address various issues.
Equipment management
– operate VAC truck hydraulics and boom while adhering to safety protocols and PPE guidelines.
