We’re looking for a

driven, high-energy Senior Recruiting Associate

to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and being rewarded for performance.

In this role, you’ll:

Source and recruit top candidates

Partner with clients and support active searches

Build relationships with professionals across industries

Contribute to business development efforts

Work closely with experienced recruiters and leadership

What we’re looking for:

4+ years of experience in

sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles

Comfortable making outbound calls daily

Motivated, competitive, and team-oriented
