Job Overview
We have an opportunity for a Department Assistant to join our team. This position is per diem, non‑exempt and benefits eligible. The pay range for this position is $25.50 – $36.00/hour. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.

Responsibilities

Perform clerical functions such as notifying manager to order supplies and support the department.

Answer department phone.

Manage scheduled order reports.

Manage technologist worklist and schedule radiology appointments.

Enter request orders and import images into PACS system.

Handle patient request orders and copies.

Manage department flow for patients.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.

Knowledge of medical terminology.

3‑5 years administrative experience.
