Maintenance Supervisor

Adecco is supporting a manufacturing client in the Farmington Hills, MI area in the search for a Maintenance Supervisor (2nd shift).
This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced production environment. The right person will be leading a team while also jumping in to troubleshoot and keep equipment running.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support maintenance technicians on 2nd shift
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ensure equipment uptime and support production needs
Drive preventative maintenance programs and continuous improvement
Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve issues
Qualifications
Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong hands‑on troubleshooting ability
Experience with PLCs and automated equipment preferred
Comfortable working on the floor in a hands‑on capacity
