About the role
As a Project Scheduler you will lead complex project scheduling activities to support production and execution goals. You will apply deep technical expertise and broad business knowledge to address complex scheduling challenges, and lead solutions. The Scheduler serves as an important contributor in critical environments and may lead other schedulers or project teams.

You will report to the Director of Project Excellence and be located at Cranberry, PA and work in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and oversight of complex project and production schedules aligned with organizational and project goals.

Evaluate advanced schedule reports for projects, identifying risks, impacts, and improvement opportunities.

Apply depth and breadth of scheduling expertise and business knowledge to resolve complex, nonstandard scheduling and operational issues.

Be an important contributor in supporting strategic and execution level decision‑making.

Lead or mentor other schedulers and project team members, sharing expertise and promoting best practices.

Identify scheduling solutions.

Interpret internal and external business conditions and recommend best practices and improvements within the scheduling discipline.

Manage scheduler‑related costs and performance for specific projects or work scopes.

Forecast, plan, and manage resource requirements to support short and mid‑term execution goals.

Motivate team members; may serve as a team lead or senior resource within the scheduling department.

Coordinate scheduling activities with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and other partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Minimum 7 years of relevant project scheduling or Project Controls experience.

We prefer professional certifications, but we do not require them. Relevant credentials may include PMISP, PMP, AACE certifications, or advanced training in scheduling and project controls tools.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. We estimate the base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon qualifications, to be $103,200 to $129,000.
