
Quality System Auditor

Mission
As part of the Quality Policy, the system auditor must:
Carry out quality audits in the Company's Domains based on the QMS standards; advise auditees for improving operating methods, to ensure the definition, validation and follow up of action plans; issue appropriate alerts in the event of delays
Supervise the implementation of action plans and evaluate their effectiveness in controlling the processes audited
Support the Risk Assessment evaluation of the company's Domains based on the QMS standards as preventive approach
Main activities
Evaluate the level of control of the audited processes, identify gaps and their severity and propose ways forward
Guarantee the identification and root cause analyses of the deviations detected and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Check the progress of the action plans and alert at the right level in case of drift
Verify the effectiveness of action plans in the field
Improve audit processes based on company priorities and customer requests
Support the qualification of plant auditors plan and monitoring
Prepare the facilities and support functions for obtaining and maintaining external certification (ISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, COP…)
Animate the facilities and support functions for obtaining and maintaining the COP external certification
During the Batch and Hold phase, to provide to the milestone keeper the quality status of the projects (pre-MPRM - pre-SOP audit)
Represent, depending on the context, the QMS&P Quality Department in the audited entities.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or similar)
7+ years of related quality audit experience
Problem solving and quality tool prioritization
Technical competence in one of the following domains: car development, production, distribution, sales or after sales
Preferred Qualifications
Good knowledge of the field and quality processes
Good knowledge of the Design field with a proven experiment of automobile engineering system and management of the relation supplier
Good knowledge of the Production field and Supply Chain with a proven experiment of management of an entity of production
Good knowledge of the field Trades (quality of service) with an experiment proven in the corresponding trades Appraises in the standards and systems of management quality
Rigour, objectivity and impartiality
Ensure indisputable credibility through their behavior and the recognition of their experience
Work independently and in a team environment
Transverse, and/or specific management of an auditor team
Capacity to make decisions
The auditor will need to be able to adapt independently in an evolving context in order to conduct the audit
