As a Facilities Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and professional for both employees and customers. You’ll tackle diverse projects, from renovations, equipment installation to grounds maintenance.
This role will maintain facilities in Oklahoma City, El Reno and Tulsa.
The Facilities Technician is Responsible for:
Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on equipment and facilities
Install, repair, and maintain components and systems, such as fans, siding, windows, and doors
Maintain the grounds to ensure a clean, professional appearance
Operate tools and equipment, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial work platforms
Manage outside vendors for approved maintenance and repair projects
Conduct regular safety checks and maintain fire extinguishers
Handle snow and ice removal as needed to ensure safe conditions
Stay on top of assigned tasks through our project management system (Limble)
Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe
Requirements
A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
Previous maintenance experience preferred
General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and construction systems
Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision
Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
