Concrete Cutter/ Saw operator

Responsibilities
MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE WITH CLEAN MRV
Perform concrete cutting including slab sawing
Driving crew to and from job sites
Assist with concrete demolition and removal on job sites
Install and maintain expansion joint filling and sealing systems
Operate and maintain cutting equipment (saws, drills, skid steers, etc.)
Read and follow project plans, layouts, and specifications
Ensure clean, accurate cuts while maintaining job site safety standards
Prep and clean job sites before and after work is completed
Work efficiently with crew members to meet project timelines
Communicate with team leads and project managers on job progress
Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
No prior concrete experience required — we provide hands‑on training
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable and shows up on time
Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks
Basic construction knowledge is a plus, but not required
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Valid driver’s license
