Nationality Requirements
Due to the nature of the programs we support, certain roles may require candidates to meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
Position Summary
Mission
Ensure maximum equipment reliability, operational uptime, and facility readiness by executing proactive and corrective maintenance with precision, safety, and urgency. Serve as a critical partner to production by diagnosing issues, preventing failures, and sustaining a high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and restore operational efficiency across facilities and production equipment by executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system failures through observation, testing, and data‑driven troubleshooting
Rapidly isolate root causes of equipment issues and implement durable repairs to minimize downtime and recurrence
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery, replacing or fabricating components as needed to meet operational standards
Interpret measurements, schematics, and technical data to adjust, improve, and optimize equipment performance
Manage and maintain critical spare parts inventory to ensure readiness and minimize delays in repair cycles
Partner with production teams to train and reinforce routine maintenance practices that extend equipment life and performance
Serve as a technical resource by providing clear, actionable maintenance insights and responding to operational needs
Track, analyze, and report maintenance activities, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
Uphold a safety‑first culture by strictly adhering to all procedures, regulations, and best practices while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Required Skills and Experience
Associate's Degree, Technical Certification, or Military Maintenance Experience with 4+ years of hands‑on experience, OR 7+ years of equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Preferred Qualifications
Electrical Certification or Journeyman's License
Experience with PLCs, robotics, and automated systems
Knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and NFPA 70E standards
OSHA training certification
Experience operating forklifts and aerial lifts
Welding and metal fabrication experience
Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently and cross‑functionally
Proven ability to prioritize, adapt, and execute in a fast‑paced environment
Hands‑on experience with tools such as multimeters, pipe threaders, table saws, and drill presses
Working knowledge of electrical systems (120V‑480V) and control circuitry
General facilities maintenance experience (plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding maintenance tasks, including climbing, working in confined spaces, and maneuvering under equipment
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Adequate color vision and manual dexterity for technical work
