Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our center team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is passionate about making a positive impact on kids and families.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Center Director in daily operations and staff management
Help lead, train, and motivate coaching staff
Ensure high-quality class delivery and member experience
Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks
Drive membership growth through sales, outreach, and retention efforts
Build strong relationships with members and families
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
Step in to coach classes when needed
Qualifications
1–3 years of management, leadership, or supervisory experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in sales, customer service, or fitness/youth programs preferred
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
Availability for evenings and weekends
