Position titleWarehouse AssociateDescriptionThe Warehouse Associate will provide high quality direct food services to families with a focus on the warehouse and food pack areas. The Warehouse Associate will work with the Assistant Program Director to determine and implement effective services to clients; assist with the annual inventory process and other processes as needed. The position will oversee the mobile food pantry and home delivery programs.QualificationsCandidates must have a valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. The role requires physical mobility, including stair climbing, frequent vehicle entry and exit, and operating a pallet jack or forklift as needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service abilities, and basic math proficiency are essential. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment are required. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have knowledge of and commitment to Catholic social teachings and practices and the mission of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Raleigh.
