Job Description
This full-time hands‑on entry‑level management job leads to the position of a GM and even a franchise owner. We offer competitive pay and health insurance, and fast‑food/restaurant management experience is strongly preferred. While we are usually able to meet all reasonable requests for time off, candidates should be available during all our operating hours.
Operating Hours:
Sunday–Thursday – 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM; Friday and Saturday – 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM.
A Florida driver’s license and a reliable insured vehicle are required for delivery training.
Responsibilities
Lead a team during your shift.
Responsible for all store operations.
Assist walk‑in customers.
Operate the cash register.
Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to portion sizes and recipes.
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Qualifications
Experience leading a team; manage a staff of 3 to 30 people during your shift.
Can‑do attitude and motivational skills to get the team in the right place at the right time and doing the right thing while creating a great place to work.
Reliable vehicle that is insured and a valid driver’s license.
A great role model – the person everyone will look to.
At least 18 years old.
