About the Role
The Manufacturing Dispense Operator I (Assembler) will be responsible for performing medium to high complex dispense operations to produce a variety of planar‑based biosensors for core analyzers. Using automated and hand dispensers the operator will apply various chemistries to our ISE Sensors. This person must have the ability to work independently and efficiently and have a strong attention to detail. They must be able to stand for most hours of the day.
What You’ll Do
Ability to work with various epoxies, solvents and chemicals as required during manufacturing.
Requires a high level of attention to detail through all aspects of the manufacturing process.
Must have the ability to work under a microscope for extended time periods.
Ability to understand assembly procedures, operating instructions, verbal instructions and related documentation to assemble various product.
Must have ability to communicate issues clearly to management and engineering.
Other functions may include prepping sensor cards, assembling sensor cards, UV epoxying, and packaging.
Person must be versatile and be able to work alternately in a seated or standing position.
What We Are Looking For In You
Good math skills.
Good communication skills, verbal and written.
A strong attention to detail. QSR/ISO Regulations; AP, TP, OI, and OP training are a plus.
High School/Trade School diploma.
Candidate is required to have (1-3+) years in a manufacturing environment.
GMP experience a plus.
