Position Purpose
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential clerical support and ensuring a seamless patient registration process. This entails verifying benefits, facilitating patient discharges, collecting copays or payments, maintaining accurate account balances, and performing general data entry tasks.
Hours / Shift
Full‑Time / Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service while completing the registration process for patients.
Confirm patient demographic information and verify benefits.
Schedule and coordinate post‑discharge care for patients.
Collect copays or payments, balance accounts, and perform general data entry.
Pre‑register, register, schedule, reschedule, and discharge patients according to defined guidelines.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification: BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
License: AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year working in a customer service position and/or office setting.
Work Requirements
Able to reach above and below shoulder level, lift, bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and sit for the full scheduled shift; able to use business office equipment/computer. Expected duties include, but are not routine, exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
