Job Description

Our client is seeking an Onboarding Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring customers have a smooth and successful onboarding experience from sales handoff through go‑live. This role serves as the primary point of contact during onboarding, maintaining clear communication with customers and installers while coordinating internally to keep projects on track. The specialist reviews and manages sales handoffs in Zendesk, ensuring all required steps are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include guiding customers through account setup, company and billing configuration, user roles, and core platform functionality via phone and email. This position plays a critical role in delivering an excellent customer experience and accelerating time to go‑live by maintaining accurate onboarding records and status updates in Zendesk. This role will pay $18-24/hr
