Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant at Airgas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations by providing essential administrative support.
Job Duties
Safety and Compliance: Embrace and uphold Airgas' commitment to safety, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and necessary training is completed.
Efficient Operations: Support and coordinate administrative tasks, such as processing sales tickets, cash reconciliation, and maintaining inventory levels.
Documentation: Help complete paperwork, coding, and costing while maintaining ideal inventory levels.
Digital Organization: Facilitate digital documentation workflows, including scanning delivery tickets and ensuring billing alignment for our customers.
Monthly Duties: Prepare for monthly safety meetings and contribute to essential responsibilities like fuel reports and reconciliations.
Versatile: Assist customers over the counter from time to time with questions, concerns, and product inquiries.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP is a Plus
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
Ability to read and understand safety data sheets
Administrative Certificate from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace applications
