Roof Technology Partners is looking for a skilled Commercial Roofing Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who takes pride in diagnosing roof issues, performing high-quality repairs, and delivering exceptional service to customers.
You will work directly in the field, completing inspections, troubleshooting leaks, performing repairs, and supporting the overall success of our commercial roofing service operations.

Your Role
Perform service repairs and maintenance on commercial roofing systems
Diagnose leaks and determine proper repair solutions
Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
Conduct roof inspections and document findings with photos and reports
Assist in generating additional repair opportunities and proposals
Follow all OSHA and company safety policies while working at heights
Maintain accurate daily job documentation and service records
Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommendations
Support crew leaders and collaborate effectively with team members
Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly maintained
Contribute to meeting service department productivity and revenue goals
What You Bring
4+ years of commercial roofing experience
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, and Modified Bitumen
Advanced troubleshooting and leak detection skills with the ability to perform technical repairs
Strong commitment to jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
Ability to document work using photos, reports, or digital tools
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and workmanship
Professional communication skills and customer service focus
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Ability to travel out of town as needed based on job load or project demands
