IT Help Desk Intern: Real-World Tech Support & Projects

Appalachian Electric Cooperative (AEC) is seeking an IT Help Desk Intern to provide first-level technical support to end-users and gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting and customer support. The internship runs from May 2026 to August 2026 and is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Information Technology or a related field. Applicants will develop troubleshooting skills and improve their professional communication while working in a family-like atmosphere. This is a temporary, non-benefit-eligible position located in New Market, TN.
