
Payroll Clerk Full Time Days

Responsibilities
The Payroll Clerk supports the processing of payroll for all hospital system employees, ensuring accurate and timely compensation in compliance with organizational policies, state and federal regulations, and collective agreements (if applicable). This role is responsible for data entry, verification of timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, and maintenance of payroll-related documentation. The Payroll Clerk works closely with HR, department leaders, and employees to resolve payroll discrepancies and support efficient payroll operations. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED
One (1) year of payroll, accounts payable, accounting, or related administrative experience
Experience with electronic timekeeping and payroll systems (e.g., Kronos/UKG, Lawson, Workday)
Healthcare or hospital payroll experience
