Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Picking and packing finished goods using RF guns and computer systems
Loading outbound trailers efficiently and accurately
Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment
Following safety protocols and procedures at all times
Supporting team members in various warehouse functions as needed
What's Needed?
Previous experience with warehouse equipment such as fork trucks, pallet jacks, or reach trucks preferred; must be willing to learn new equipment including stock pickers
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights of 20 feet with fall protection gear
Basic math skills and proficiency with computer systems
Self-motivated with the ability to follow instructions with limited supervision
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
