Role Description
This is a full‑time role for a Paralegal at Buyck Law Firm, based in Mount Pleasant, SC, with the flexibility to perform some work remotely. The Paralegal will assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role also involves effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure smooth case management and the timely handling of all legal matters. Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical in this position.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
Strong Research and Document Review skills
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Organizational and time-management capabilities
Experience with legal case management software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Professional certification as a Paralegal is an advantage
