Adecco Is Hiring – Material Handler (Forklift Experience Required)
2nd Shift / Evening Hours: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday
Adecco is hiring a Material Handler with forklift experience, a clean DMV record, and a valid driver’s license. This role supports production by maintaining material and parts inventory and ensuring smooth movement between production and warehouse areas.
This position is for 2nd shift / evening hours (3:30 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday).
Position Summary
Maintains material and parts inventory and status information to expedite the movement of materials and parts between the production floor and warehouse area during 2nd shift / evening hours.

Weekend and overtime availability may be required
Ideal for candidates seeking evening hours / 2nd shift work.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Read production schedules and inventory reports to determine material needs.
Communicate material status with the Shift Supervisor and/or Warehouse Manager.
Keep machines supplied with necessary materials throughout the shift.
Mix additives and colorants into raw materials as instructed.
Move raw materials to hopper loaders and ensure loaders are operating properly.
Place regrind back into hoppers, properly mixed and in correct proportions when allowed.
Label all regrind and virgin materials and move them to proper locations after each job.
Isolate and contain any suspect raw material.
Clean grinders and hoppers.
Assist with providing breaks for operators.
Perform daily trash removal and break down corrugated boxes for recycling.
Enter disposition of completed molded products into IQMS.
Assist with monthly inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may change based on operational needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Knowledge & Skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Ability to read and understand safety rules and work instructions.
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; calculate rates, ratios, and percentages).
Ability to safely operate a forklift and maintain forklift certification.
Clean DMV record and valid driver’s license acceptable to the company’s insurance carrier.
Abilities
Ability to stand, sit, bend, twist, lift, reach, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to pass a company-required drug test.
Ability to maintain attendance per company guidelines.
Ability to work 2nd shift / evening hours (3:30 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday), including weekends or overtime if required.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Environmental Factors & Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and move 200 lb. barrels using dollies.
Ability to lift and stack boxes on pallets up to 6 feet high.
Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Vision correctable to 20/20, including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus.
No uncorrectable hearing impairment.
Full use of both hands.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Safety glasses and hair nets required on the production floor.
Gloves, hair nets, beard nets (if applicable), and lab coats required in Clean Room areas.
Gloves required when operating designated machines.
Ear plugs and face shield required when using grinders.
Working Environment
Work may take place in air-conditioned production areas, Clean Rooms, warehouse areas, or outdoors.
Frequent exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
Noise levels may be loud but are within OSHA-approved limits.
Pay Details
$17.75 per hour
