Develop event timelines, schedules, and planning checklists
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers
Manage event registrations and attendee communications
Support social media and email marketing campaigns
Assist with post‑event follow‑ups and relationship building

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
