Salary: $16.00 Annually
Primary Responsibilities:
Duties are as follows but not limited to:
Clean and set tables
Deposit dishes appropriately in the dish room or other specified area.
Pull dirty plates from tables while guests are still seated.
Stock bussing stations.
Deliver required food plates or beverages as necessary.
Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
Assist in room service as needed.
Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary.
Stock and refill ice.
Ensure proper stock of spirits, wines, and beer.
Change kegs when needed.
Fill and operate dishwasher.
Polish and stock glassware.
Prepare, stock and replenish garnishes as needed.
Perform opening and closing tasks as specified on checklist.
Job Requirements:
Position requires effective communication with departments and team.
Ability to present and conduct oneself professionally and emulates the Hotel Emma culture.
Minimum knowledge, previous experience not required.
Flexible schedule required, to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays.
The Barback and Busperson must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
