Responsibilities

Help companies thrive through innovative thinking, structured problem solving, and the implementation of information technology systems.

Consult with clients to optimize their value streams—the way they deliver value via products and services to their customers.

Get involved in project experiences including the analysis, design, and implementation of Business Intelligence systems to turn data into meaningful information for business decisions.

Create compelling dashboards to communicate insights effectively.

Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, and other for data visualization projects.

Assist in the collection and organization of datasets from various sources.

Assist senior mentors with client data management needs.

Conduct business analysis and project management associated with industry software solutions in Insurance, Health Care, Construction, and Manufacturing organizations.

Proactively engage in training and learning opportunities to enhance relevant skills.

Qualifications

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, or other related field of study.

Above average class performance (Preferred GPA 3.0 or higher).

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Python, R, or SQL (preferred).

Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik (preferred).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to build and foster professional business relationships.

Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis upon hire. Candidates requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H‑1B status) will not be considered.

Hybrid Work Arrangement
This role requires a hybrid work arrangement. At Wipfli, hybrid work is defined as associates regularly working 2‑3 days a week in a Wipfli office or at client sites. The client sites can vary locally, regionally, or nationally depending on the industry alignment. Scheduled meetings at the client and in the office require in‑person attendance.
