Porter/Shop Assistant

AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care of Fort Pierce / PSL is looking for a reliable, hardworking shop assistant who takes pride in keeping a shop clean, organized, and running efficiently. This is an entry-to-mid level position with opportunity to grow into a technician role for the right person. We are looking for someone who works, not watches.

Schedule

Full-time position

Monday through Friday

Saturday availability required when needed

Shop hours environment (fast-paced, active workday)

Compensation

Starting at $18/hour

Full-time, steady hours

Opportunity for growth into higher-level technician roles

What You'll Be Responsible For

Washing vehicles after service

Keeping the shop, parking lot, and work areas clean and organized at all times

Running parts and picking up supplies

Accepting and organizing parts deliveries

Keeping front office, work areas, and bathrooms clean and presentable

Assisting technicians and service advisors as needed

Supporting overall shop flow and efficiency

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But A Plus)

Oil change services

Basic brake repairs

General automotive knowledge
