Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to help build and scale a modern B2B digital platform for enterprise and business customers. The platform is a critical part of our telecom transformation, supporting complex customer journeys, product configuration, and high‑volume transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize rich, performant user interfaces using React for enterprise B2B use cases.
Build and customize AEM components, templates, and authoring experiences that scale across brands and markets.
Collaborate closely with UX/design teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences.
Ensure responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to support frontend experiences.
Integrate AEM with commerce, CRM, and backend systems common in telecom B2B environments.
Support authentication, authorization, and role‑based experiences for business customers.
Act as a technical lead on features or workstreams, guiding design and implementation decisions.
Mentor junior and mid‑level developers through code reviews and design sessions.
Influence frontend and AEM architecture patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
Partner with product owners and architects on roadmap and technical tradeoffs.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands‑on experience building applications with React (modern hooks, state management, component architecture).
Solid experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – Sites, component development, templates and authoring workflows.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling.
Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Backend experience (Java, Spring Boot, or similar).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git‑based workflows, and cloud‑native deployments.
Exposure to microservices, headless CMS, or composable architecture.
Prior experience as a tech lead, feature lead, or senior mentor on development teams.
Salary & Benefits
The base salary for this position is $92,250 - $140,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.
