
CLOE Training Coordinator

Position Overview
The Training Specialist serves as the administrative support, working independently to perform a full range of operational and administrative responsibilities within established policies and procedures. The role coordinates day‑to‑day logistics for onsite and off‑site course delivery, including materials preparation, facilities coordination, participant management, scheduling, LMS administration, and routine reporting. It applies program knowledge to resolve non‑standard issues by consulting applicable policies, manuals, and resources, and prepares written communications related to program and operational processes. The position does not provide ongoing policy interpretation authority, formal supervision, or responsibilities for program or process redesign.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to questions or issues that deviate from standard operating procedures by determining appropriate actions and consulting relevant policies, manuals, or staff.
Assess and may resolve unprecedented problems that require research and review of policy and procedures.
Apply judgment for problem resolution based on delegated authority from the supervisor.
Use program knowledge to interface with other offices and organizations.
Comply with all policies and procedures related to logistics and participant services.
Manage participants before, during, and after course delivery, providing high‑quality customer care.
Respond to requests for program and procedural information and support program delivery at on‑site and off‑site locations.
Compose written communications with guidance using standard formats.
Coordinate all preparation and logistical processing functions for onsite and off‑site course offerings to assure quality and completion.
Coordinate day‑to‑day operations for course delivery, ensuring proper and timely assembly, preparation, and delivery of program materials.
Plan and organize activities and coordinate logistics, including assessment assembly, print materials, facilities, room setup and breakdown, facilitator support, and scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events.
Perform LMS administration, including course management, registration monitoring, and course closing tasks.
Use a variety of software programs (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Express, Qualtrics, Zoom Hosting) and hardware (A/V equipment, office equipment) to produce desired results.
Host Zoom sessions for eLearning courses.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum two (2) years of relevant administrative, program coordination, or operational support experience.
