As a

Senior Human Resources Generalist

at Honeywell, you will develop, implement, and own HR and talent strategies that align with our corporate objectives. You will partner with and influence leaders to drive transformational initiatives in talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, and organization development/effectiveness.

You will report directly to our

HR Director

for the North Central Region and work out of our Lincolnshire, IL manufacturing location on a hybrid schedule, with additional opportunities to work from the Des Plaines, IL and Rosemont, IL locations.

In this role, you will shape the future of the workforce and foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity. Your strategic leadership will ensure that Honeywell attracts and retains top talent, develops employees, and enhances engagement and well‑being.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Drive HR excellence across the direct and matrixed HR team, ensuring delivery of high‑quality services and support to the organization.

Develop and deploy talent strategies, bringing a holistic talent view to implement solutions in talent acquisition, succession planning, and learning and development.

Allocate approximately 20% of your time to transformation initiatives and special projects aimed at yielding best practices, operating efficiencies, and productivity.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HR as a business partner or in a corporate‑level role.

HR functional excellence with experience as a generalist and specialist.

Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and delivering results as a senior HR leader within a global matrixed organization.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends.

Excellent leadership skills and the ability to empower and motivate teams.

Salary
The annual base salary for this position is $87,200.00 – $131,000.00. This figure is a general guideline; final compensation may vary based on factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, market, and business considerations.
