Talent Acquisition Manager .
This is a high-impact, on-site leadership role where you’ll take ownership of recruiting strategy, team leadership, and workforce planning, while partnering closely with operations to support ongoing growth.
What You’ll Lead
Manage and develop a team of 3 (2 HR Specialists focused on onboarding + 1 recruiting partner)
Own full-cycle recruiting strategy, including workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and budget management
Partner closely with Operations leaders to support hiring needs, acting as the lead recruiter for manager-level and above roles
Identify trends in turnover and hiring activity, implementing solutions to improve retention and hiring efficiency
Increase and optimize job posting strategy to support hiring demand
Leverage data, reporting, and systems (ADP preferred) to drive continuous improvement across TA processes
Background Requirements
Experience leading Talent Acquisition or recruiting functions, with ownership of strategy and execution
Prior team leadership or management experience preferred
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence hiring decisions
Experience in transportation, waste, or environmental services industries strongly preferred
Hands‑on, proactive approach with the ability to operate in an on‑site, fast‑paced environment
This is an onsite role in Russellville, Arkansas, flexible to a hybrid candidate.
