What you will be doing as the Talent Acquisition Manager:
Responsible for developing a recruiting plan that provides sourcing for key hires, builds and maintains a candidate pipeline, and increases the organization’s profile in the community by holding and attending recruiting events, as well as other brand-building activities.
Serves as the administrator for recruitment functions for through managing, monitoring, referring and communicating with managers, senior leaders, prospective associates and Talent Manager Business Partners.
In partnership with senior leaders, responsible for developing the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
Develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the organization's overall Talent Management strategy
Develop and sustaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain their level of interest to meet current and future demand
Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
Develop and direct a campus recruiting strategy
Utilize creative marketing and sourcing strategies and techniques to promote organization.
Market and communicate our company’s mission, vision, core values, and culture in a compelling way
Develop and maintain the Talent Acquisition process across the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps, etc.)
Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
Own the HRIS recruitment content and process
What you will need as the Talent Acquisition Manager:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 10 years recruiting experience
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Job Interviewing Skills Managerial and leadership skills
Analytical skills
Social Media Knowledge
Working knowledge of employment law
Responsible for filling roles across the entire organization (1,400 associates)
High level of independence and decision making
Develops strategy within own team
Leads, directs, evaluates and develops a team of recruitment professionals
