Why You’ll Love Zonda
Zonda is the leading provider of housing market data, research, and technology solutions for the homebuilding industry. Our mission is to inform, guide, and connect the next generation of homebuilders, developers, and real estate professionals with the tools they need to succeed.
Powered by the most trusted data and backed by a passionate team of industry experts, we deliver insights, marketing platforms, and innovative digital solutions that drive smarter decisions and better outcomes. What You’ll Do
Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation and analytical artifacts used across Zonda products
Develop field‑level metadata and definitions to improve data clarity and enable AI‑driven interpretation
Assist with feature request analysis and reporting, including reviewing backlog items and summarizing insights with Customer Success
Help manage test and service accounts for product testing in collaboration with Engineering teams
Contribute to efforts that connect product requirements with technical implementation, including authentication and internal tooling workflows
Learn and apply real estate and housing market terminology to better understand product context and customer use cases
What You Bring
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Political Science, English, Communications, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Comfort working with structured information, documentation, and data‑oriented concepts
Technical aptitude and ability to learn AI‑based and custom developed software products
Curiosity about real estate, housing markets, and how data products support customer decision‑making
Clear written and verbal communication skills
What You’ll Gain
Hands‑on experience supporting product management and AI‑enabled data products
Exposure to cross‑functional collaboration within a highly technical organization
Deeper understanding of real‑world data products and customer‑driven feature development
Opportunity to work on a product that impacts the home‑building industry
Inclusion & Equal Opportunity Employment
