Job Summary
Provide instructional support to Cinematic Arts students through one‑on‑one and small group assistance, reinforcing classroom learning and skill development using Adobe Creative Cloud tools. Assist with troubleshooting student technology and creative software needs. Support daily classroom operations by preparing materials, organizing lab spaces, and ensuring equipment and supplies are ready for instruction. Coordinate with instructional staff to support pathway events, CTSO activities, and recognition ceremonies. Manage documentation and logistics for work‑based learning experiences, including concurrent enrollment, field trips, and job shadows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide instructional support through one‑on‑one and small group assistance to reinforce classroom learning and promote student skill development. Help troubleshoot student technology needs and support with the creative software programs in Adobe Creative Cloud. Daily 25%
Manage Cinematic Arts lab spaces by organizing supplies, maintaining inventory, preparing instructional materials, and ensuring tools and equipment are ready for student use. Daily 25%
Support classroom operations by preparing instructional materials, setting up the learning environment, administering make‑up assessments, and assisting with daily logistics to ensure a smooth and organized classroom experience. Daily 20%
Support pathway purchasing and budgeting by coordinating with instructors on ordering equipment, supplies, and arranging for maintenance of instructional resources. Weekly 10%
Facilitate documentation and logistics for work‑based learning activities by managing student forms for concurrent enrollment, field trips, and job shadows. Quarterly 5%
Support planning and execution of pathway events by assisting with scheduling, preparation, and on‑site coordination for student‑facing activities such as CTSO meetings, recognition events, and other program‑based gatherings. Monthly 5%
Coordinate across instructional staff to ensure classroom materials are prepared, and shared spaces are set up for smooth transitions between classes and instructors. Daily 5%
Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Daily 5%

This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
The minimum prerequisites of formal education, professional work experience, certifications, licenses, endorsements, designations, trainings, and other criteria that a candidate must fulfill to be considered for a position. It is essential that certifications, licenses, endorsements, designations, and trainings are fulfilled, valid, and not expired.
Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
No professional work experience required, however creative background is essential.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Relevant certificate, including but not limited to Adobe Certified Professional, Avid Certified User, Blackmagic Design‑DaVinci Resolve, etc. A Certificate of Program Completion in Film, Motion Design, and/or Multimedia may be substituted for the above licenses and credentials.
Promotes a positive climate, culture, and community
Foundational knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or other similar software
Advanced interpersonal relations skills
Advanced organizational skills
Intermediate oral and written communication skills
Ability to work one‑on‑one and in small groups with students
Ability to respond effectively to requests on short notice and to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Work location is subject to change to meet the requirements of the organization
Medium work strength level (lifting or carrying 50 pounds)
Primarily works indoors
Typically a moderate noise level
