Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings in Harris, Galveston and Brazoria County, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.

Responsibilities

Meet with potential clients

Represent clients in court

Prepare and draft legal documents

Advise clients on legal transactions

Assist with negotiating settlements for legal disputes

Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications

Previous experience in law

Familiarity with various legal documents

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
