In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind strategic partnerships with Project Owners, contractors, integrators, and EPC firms. You’ll influence product specifications, open new market opportunities, and empower field sales with your technical expertise. If you have a strong background in the renewable or electrical markets, sharp business acumen, and thrive on building relationships, this is your chance to make an impact. Extensive travel is part of the adventure because success happens where the connections are made. This role will cover the Western Region encompassing CA, AZ, NV, CO. Ideal candidate should be residing in one of these states.
A Day In The Life
Every Day At Hubbell Is Different And You’ll Contribute In Many Ways. On Any Given Day, You’ll Make a Difference By:
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Renewable market trends and technologies.
Establish and strengthen partnerships with top tier owners, engineering firms and EPC’s in the western region.
Support field sales with technical expertise, product training, and educational demonstrations.
Track key projects from inception to completion using Salesforce and Power BI.
Stay current with industry standards and communicate updates to the sales team.
Represent Hubbell at major trade shows and conferences (Intersolar, Cleanpower, RE+, and regionals)
Work with owner/developers and engineering firms to secure Hubbell product specifications in new designs and projects.
Plan and execute strategic contractor events, regional meetings, and industry trade shows.
What will help you thrive in this role?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Communications (preferred).
Experience in electrical or renewable markets (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to travel up to 50%
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
Valid driver’s license.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
