We are looking for a versatile individual to fill the role of Manager/Bartender at Northern Taphouse- Plymouth!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the establishment, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and bartending when needed.
Hourly Range: Manager - $25-$30/hour
Qualifications
Prior experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in bartending and knowledge of drink recipes.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Oversee the inventory and ordering of bar supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and dining areas.
Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
