Commercial Drywall Project Manager / Estimator
Solid Rock Recruiting is partnered with a growing commercial drywall contractor seeking an experienced
Project Manager / Estimator
to support Division 9 projects from preconstruction through closeout.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the drywall trade, is comfortable managing multiple projects, and can balance estimating responsibilities with project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial drywall projects from award through completion
Coordinate with owners, general contractors, architects, and subcontractors
Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and pricing for drywall scopes
Oversee project schedules, budgets, change orders, and material procurement
Utilize
On-Screen Takeoff
software for estimating and documentation
Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance across all projects
Qualifications
Prior experience managing and/or estimating
commercial drywall projects
Proficiency with
On-Screen Takeoff
software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
