We're seeking a dedicated and dependable Hospitality Aid to join our team! This role is essential in supporting residents’ daily care while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Success in this position requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed‑making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.

Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.

Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.

Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed.

Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.

Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.

Assists Needed: Perform additional non‑clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
