Job Details
We are hiring caregivers for part‑time to possible full‑time positions in the Portland, Oregon area. Minimum age requirement is 21 years (to be able to purchase tobacco and alcohol for clients). Paid 8‑hour training is provided if needed. The client requires a Vietnamese‑speaking caregiver.
Responsibilities
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, incontinence care, and feeding.
Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including shopping, housekeeping, medication management, and meal preparation.
Follow each client’s Care Plan.
Qualifications
Caregiver with at least one (1) year of experience, highly preferred.
Ability to lift, move or assist patients using proper body mechanics.
Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
Effective communication skills with seniors.
Reliability and dependability.
