Position Overview
Stratton Amenities is seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Concierge to support a luxury residential community on weekends. This role is responsible for maintaining a strong lobby presence, managing resident and guest interactions, and ensuring smooth front desk operations during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a professional, welcoming lobby presence at all times
Greet residents and guests, manage visitor access, and announce arrivals
Answer and route phone calls with proper etiquette
Handle packages, deliveries, and key control according to property procedures
Monitor building access and follow security protocols
Assist residents with requests, reservations, and general inquiries
Maintain accurate logs and reports for incidents, visitors, and deliveries
Coordinate with property management and elevate issues when needed
Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and presentable
Qualifications
Prior concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property systems
Requirements
Must be available to work weekends consistently
Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods
Must pass a background check
