Being a Lifeguard with us offers you the chance to develop life-long skills like teamwork and communication. We provide fully funded training in the recognised NPLQ lifeguarding qualification and support you to reach your potential.
Responsibilities
Regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate
Deliver customer service to a diverse range of visitors
Work flexibly and follow instructions from managers
Demonstrate a team-oriented approach and support colleagues
Relate to customers of all ages and abilities and across staff levels
Qualifications
NPLQ qualification or equivalent
First Aid at Work (desirable)
Enhanced DBS check
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to customers of all ages
Ability to work across organisational boundaries and across teams
Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
Commitment to regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment
