Day Time
Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM; Thu 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
How This Role Works
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”) : You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program : In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It\'s all up to you.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.
Monitor access points, verify visitor, vendor, and/or delivery activity, and help support authorized entry and exit procedures for personnel, vehicles, and materials.
Observe site operations and report hazards, damaged equipment, unsecured doors, and/or suspicious activity while maintaining detailed security-related logs and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver\'s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A guard card/license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver\'s license will be required for driving positions only.
